Victory's Community Groups are small, welcoming circles where you can be yourself, get support, and face life’s challenges together with others like you.
You might be wondering..
What do groups do when they gather?
We have groups for singles, couples, parents, teens, and adults who simply want to grow in faith and friendship. No matter where you are in life, there’s a place for you here. Groups fall into three different types:
- Sermon-based Groups - discuss and dive into the weekly Sunday message together.
- Study Groups - explore and discuss a specific topic or book in depth.
- Social Groups - meet for fun, friendship, activities and/or food!
When do groups meet?
Groups meet from October to May (and take the summer off - June, July, Aug & Sept) with breaks built in throughout. During that time some groups meet every week, while others may meet once or twice a month.
Who leads the group?
Each group is facilitated by an approved individual or couple connected to our leadership team here at Victory - they are regular people, just like you, with a desire to grow in faith and community with others.
Where do groups take place?
Each group facilitator selects a location where their group will gather. These locations can be on site at Victory, in someone’s home, or even somewhere like a local cafe.
Do I have to know much about God, the Bible or spiritual stuff?
Groups are for people of all different walks of life. It doesn’t matter how much Bible knowledge you have, or whether or not you have perfect church attendance, IF ANY. Groups are for anyone wanting to grow as part of a faith-based community.
Are groups open to join at any time?
Yes! As you look over the groups being offered you will see that some groups are at full capacity, while others have OPEN SPOTS! Groups with open seats are excited for the opportunity to meet and connect with someone like you!
